I have used these vitamins on all my pregnancies and I have nothing but positive things to say about them. In pregnancy it is difficult to manage how much of each different vitamin you should be getting especially with ones like vitamin A where you can be getting too much. This one little pill,along with a balanced diet, contains all the vitamins you need to help your baby grow.
